Start with a cocktail at the bar and then dine looking out to sea across the pool. Great Thai food, dare I say it, the best of its kind on the island. All the dishes are recommended especially the lamb shank in exotic Thai spices.
Good Italian/Mediterranean food is also on the menu. If you are staying in the resort you can order in-villa dining from RockPool's Executive Chef David Lloyd. If you don't fancy Thai then how about an Italian dish such as Goat's cheese pasta, delicious! Also, recommended, for those who love red meat, is the Wagyu tenderloin with a porcini mushroom sauce - a truly mouth watering experience and the size and quality is at a reasonable price which you will not find anywhere else on the island.
Walk out of the restaurant and onto the wooden decking, which is spread generously over the rocks. The view of the beach and along the coast is simply stunning. Enjoy an early meal sitting on the white rattan outdoor furniture or happy hour drinks.
